Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

New Zealand: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Australia: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier service. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@galastudio.nz and we'll do our best to assist with tracking information and courier enquiries.
