Refund policy
We hope you love your Gala purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges
Subject to availability, we are happy to exchange eligible items returned within 14 days.
If you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us at hello@galastudio.nz before returning your item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Gala Studio will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@galastudio.nz within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
