When will my order be dispatched?
Every Gala Studio order is carefully packed by hand and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How much is shipping within New Zealand?
We offer flat-rate shipping for NZD $9 anywhere in New Zealand.
Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over NZD $100.
How long does New Zealand delivery take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes! We ship throughout Australia.
Shipping is NZD $18, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet. We're currently shipping to New Zealand and Australia while we continue to grow.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
We take great pride in every Gala Studio Paper Vase. Each one is carefully hand assembled, hand sewn, inspected, and packed before it leaves our studio.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive as expected, please contact us at hello@galastudio.nz within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
